Garrison Hotel - Sheffield

The room was very comfortable and was very warm on a cold Autumnal day, the double glazing was excellent at excluding the music from a function room. The gardens were lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were superb. We would stay there again when visiting Sheffield. Deserves more than 3 stars.

The larger car park needs to be indicated before you turn into the small carpark which is first as you go up the road.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean spacious and have good size modern flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, hairdryer and large spacious bathrooms ours had bath and shower. The linen and towels were spotless. They also supplied soap/shampoo and conditioner. We ate two evenings at the restaurant and the food is fab, good price and beautifully presented. The breakfast is simple but nicely cooked and presented. The location is great for buses or trams to the city centre. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone

Everything was excellent, personnel was attentive and excellent. The staff were happy to help and kept it all overall clean. Stayed in a good-sized room with a comfy enough bed. Toast and pastries served for breakfast were outstanding.

Strongly recommend for a lightning trip

Pleasant room, friendly staff, the space heater in the room made my stay cozy and the freshly cooked breakfast was a good start to my day.

Proximity to local shops and transport system into Sheffield. Good size rooms with comfortable bed.

Good location close to SWFC and City centre the staff and service were first class as was the quality of food toped off with a excellent price. Will be back.

The historical charm of the decor. Every corner exuded character, and the historical features added a lovely touch. The accessibility was also excellent.

Well-kept and freshly decorated room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower and a bath. Perfect location for visiting restaurants and pubs.

The spacious family room was just right for us, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were friendly.

Navigating the stairs with a baby can be a bit tricky.

Convenient location to where I was attending a wedding reception. Excellent and expeditious service by staff.

They swapped rooms for us as we wanted to check in early to get to a wedding. Cheap and fairly basic but did the job. Breakfast was good :-)

The bar staff were a little unfriendly and didn't call time at the end of the night- instead they just switched the lights off around us to let us know they had finished serving.

I really enjoyed my stay in a cozy double room with quality toiletries and great privacy. The outdoor sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to relax after a long day. The only downside was that my room didn't lock properly, but the staff quickly helped me switch to a secure one. 😊 Make sure to explore the garden for a peaceful escape!
